The Wentworth Wooden Jigsaw Company was founded in 1994 with the aim of recreating high quality wooden jigsaws evocative of a bygone era using modern printing and laser cutting technologies.

From our facility near Malmesbury, on the edge of the Cotswolds, we now supply both individuals and organisations in over 35 countries worldwide with a wide range of stock and customised products.

Our puzzles feature the famous whimsical shapes cut into puzzles by Victorian cutters which normally reflect the theme of the image. From nature to music, from stately homes to the beach, from gardens to vintage transport, Wentworth has a cut pattern to suit most requirements.

Through continued development of ever more demanding cutting patterns and extensive image research, we offer exquisite high quality puzzles ranging from 5 to 1800 pieces, from business card to desk size.

We can turn paintings, drawings and photographs or a huge range of stock images into puzzles for individuals using over 500 themed cut patterns. Wentworth uses substrates accredited by the Forestry Stewardship Council.

We produce puzzles for a wide range of customers including historic palaces and stately homes, corporate events, visitor attractions, gift shops and fundraiser's often using logos, brands or associated shapes to create unique and collectable products. We also provide a wide range of blank products for the growing digital image-onto-product market.

Specialising in low volumes and rapid manufacturing cycles, we also ensure that wherever possible materials from sustainable sources are used.
